If you notice that a bike or station is damaged or something is missing, please contact support via the app. Tap the "i" button in the menubar and select "Report a problem". Fill in as much information you can so thre is no doubt what it is about (bike name, station name, fault etc) and select "Report". You can also attach an imagien if you feel it is neccesary. We will answer your request as quickly as we can.
