What do I do if something happens to the rent or bike when customer support is closed?

Until the bike has been locked in a charging station or geofenced area, it is still under your responsibility. If you do not have the opportunity to take the bike back to a charging station or geofenced area, we are happy to see that you email us and make sure that the bike is locked at the place where it is. When the support then opens, you should call us to confirm that we have seen your case.
