Request to delete account from Application

LISA Solutions is committed to user privacy and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Users can request to delete their account in two ways:

1. Via the in-app account deletion option found in the user settings.

2. By sending a request to [e-mail] from the email address associated with their account.

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will permanently delete all user-related data within 30 days. This includes:

• User name
• Phone number
• Email
• All logs and events will be anonymized
