FIND A BIKE
You can either use the map that shows all bikes, or be guided to a bike with "find a bike" button from the dashboard.
SCAN THE QR CODE
When you are standing by the bike, use the scan button at the bottom of the dashboard. The QR code is on the handlebars and on the rear mudguard.
NO LUCK?
A bike may have too little battery or may be paused by another user. In that case, it will not allow you to rent it. Choose another one.
CHECK BATTERY
While renting you should check the battery level in order to travel as you wish. You can check the battery level, current fee and ride timein the app under the "MAP" symbol.
PAUSE THE RENT
If you want to temporarily lock the bike outside the parking zones while renting, press the "STOP" button in the app and select "PAUSE". Normal fees applies while rent is paused.
RETURN BIKE
You can ride wherever you want but must return the bike to one of our designated parking areas to end the rental. You can find all the parking zones in the MAP. Press the STOP button and select "END RIDE". Finally, you will be asked to take a photo to show that you have parked safely. Take a photo of the entire bike and its surroundings.
PROBLEMS WITH RETURNS?
Both bike and phone must be inside the parking zone when you end the rent, and you can see on the map where the app thinks you are if you have problems. Remember that you are responsible for the bike until it is returned. If an unlocked bike gets stolen it will still be your responsibility.
REPORT ANY PROBLEMS
If you are unable to return a bike, you must report it immediately. Otherwise, we will not be able to refund you or secure the bike. Use "REPORT A PROBLEM" which you can find in the "i" menu or call us. Contact information can be found in the app. Additional fees applies if bike is left outside a designated parking area shown in the app.
SEE HISTORY
In the app, you can see which trips you have completed and the fee you paid. Here you can download receipts and you can view the terms of use.
CHANGING ADDRESS?
You can change your address, payment method and email yourself in the app in the profile menu.
