To register an account, you first need to download the app called "Big Issue eBikes" to your phone.
Open the app on your phone, follow the instructions and select the city you want to rent a bike in. From here you select a ride plan, you need to select one in order to finalize registration.
If you are yet not sure when you want to start to rent bikes or if you want to explore the app, select "pay as you go". You can change your ride plan at any time.
