1) Find an available bike by walking to a station or identify bikes in the app. You can use the app to navigate to the stations.
2) Check that the bike is maintained and has no issues (no flat tire, chain is ok etc) before you rent it. If you accidently take a bike with an issue, just park it immediately again, and end the rent before choosing another bike. Please report errors via the app.
3) Tap the QR-code button in the app that is placed at the bottom centre. If you have yet not seleceted a payment method, complete your registration first.
4) If the bike is placed in a docking; scan the QR-code on the dock where the bike is locked. If the bike is parked in a geofenced area; scan the QR-code on the rear lock. The app should now indicate that you rent has started.
